UNIFORM ACT ON FRESH PURSUIT (EXCERPT)
Act 189 of 1937

780.103 Section one construed.

Sec. 3.

Section 1 of this act shall not be construed so as to make unlawful any arrest in this state which would otherwise be lawful.
