Act 145 of 1963
803.322 Trainee selection.
Sec. 2.
The department of social welfare may select as trainees male youth who have been committed to the department and whose rehabilitation will be furthered by this conservation education-training experience. Any person selected as a trainee shall remain in the custody of the department of social welfare.
