Act 254 of 1933

476.14 Emergency or unusual temporary demands for transportation; fees.

Sec. 14.

In case of emergency or unusual temporary demands for transportation, the fees for additional motor propelled or drawn vehicles for limited periods and the circumstances and regulations under which they may be permitted to be operated, used, or employed by any motor common carrier shall be prescribed and fixed by general rule or temporary order of the commission, any provisions of this act to the contrary notwithstanding.
