476.4 Publishing notice of filing of application in biweekly information bulletin; hearing; notice; modified procedure.
Sec. 4.
Upon the filing of an application for a certificate of authority to operate as a motor common carrier, the commission shall cause notice of the filing of the application to be published in a biweekly information bulletin. The commission may schedule a hearing on the application or proceed under modified procedure. If a hearing is scheduled, notice shall be given in the same manner as the notice of filing of an application.
