Act 254 of 1933
478.1a Protest to application; fee.
Sec. 1a.
A motor carrier filing a protest to an application for a certificate of authority or for a permit shall submit a fee of $50.00 for the administration of this act. This fee shall be retained by the commission and deposited with the state treasurer.
