Act 175 of 1927

772.12 Discharge of person committed upon giving required security.

Sec. 12.

A person committed for not finding sureties, or for refusing to recognize, as required by the court may be discharged from custody by the judge who entered the order or any other judge from the same court and judicial district when the person gives the security required.
