772.9 Appeal from order to recognize to keep peace.
Sec. 9.
A person ordered by the court to recognize to keep the peace may, on giving the recognizance, appeal from the order in the same manner as provided for an appeal from a judgment on a misdemeanor prosecution entered in the same court.
