§ 11-39-21. Disobedience punishable.
 

Any person who refuses or knowingly neglects to obey any order of the court made as herein provided, shall be guilty of contempt of court, and shall be fined in any sum not exceeding five thousand dollars, and imprisoned in the county jail until he comply with the order. He shall be further liable for damages resulting to any person on account of his refusal to obey.
