Statutes > Mississippi > Title-25 > 3 > 25-3-11§ 25-3-11. Travel and expenses of county attorneys.
In Class 1 counties having two judicial districts and having an area in excess of nine hundred square miles according to the Mississippi Official and Statistical Register issued by the secretary of state of the state of Mississippi for the year 1952, the board of supervisors is hereby empowered, in its discretion, to provide for and pay the county attorney a sum not to exceed one hundred dollars per month as a mileage and automobile expense account, said monies to be paid from the general county fund of such county.
