§ 25-5-29. Conduct of election.
 

The special removal election shall be conducted and the results thereof canvassed and certified in all respects as nearly as practicable in like manner as general elections, unless otherwise expressly provided in this chapter, but any such election falling within sixty days next preceding a general election date shall be held on the day of the general election by the same managers designated to hold the general election, but on the special ballots provided in Section 25-5-31.
