§ 25-7-59. Report of witness certificates payable out of county treasury.
 

The circuit clerk shall, within thirty days after the adjournment of each term of the circuit court, make a report in writing to the county auditor of all witness certificates issued by him, payable out of the county treasury, which report shall state the name of each witness, the case, the date, and the amount of each certificate. Said report shall be certified by him under his official seal, and the county auditor shall enter the same upon the proper record in his office.
