§ 25-7-79. Fees of officers and witness in unlawful entry and detainer court.
 

The justices holding a court for the trial of an unlawful entry and detainer shall each be entitled to two dollars a day for attending the trial; and other fees of witnesses and officers for services rendered in relation to the proceeding and trial shall be the same as the fees for similar services in the circuit court, and shall be taxed in the costs.
