§ 31-1-5. Kinds of paper to be used.
 

The paper for printing the acts of the Legislature, journals, all pamphlets, department reports, messages, and the like shall be of good quality of a standard book paper of not less than fifty pounds to the ream, and for bills, blanks, circulars, and the like to be of good bond of not less than sixteen pounds to the ream.
