§ 49-7-173. Penalties.
 

Any person violating any of the provisions of Sections 49-7-161 to 49-7-173 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
