§ 65-7-55. Penalty for forbidden use of roads.
 

Any person who uses such road while the same is closed, or removes such obstruction or sign, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $25.00 and not more than $100.00, and shall be responsible in damages to the highway commission for all damage done to the highway in violation of Section 65-7-53.
