§ 69-27-359. Attorney General to represent Bond Commission in issuing bonds; payment of costs.
 

The Attorney General of the State of Mississippi shall represent the Soil and Water Conservation Commission in issuing, selling and validating bonds authorized under Sections 69-27-345 through 69-27-365, and the commission is authorized to pay from the proceeds derived from the sale of such bonds or from other funds available to the commission, the reasonable cost of approving attorney's fees, validating, printing, cost of delivery of such bonds and any other necessary costs of issuance.
