§ 71-1-53. Penalty for violation of this chapter.
 

Any corporation or person or manager of any company or partnership who violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than two hundred fifty dollars for each offense; and each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
