§ 9-7-13. Third district; composition.
 

The Third Circuit Court District shall be comprised of the following counties: 
 

(a) Benton County; 

(b) Calhoun County; 

(c) Chickasaw County; 

(d) Lafayette County; 

(e) Marshall County; 

(f) Tippah County; and 

(g) Union County.
