§ 9-7-19. Fifth district; composition.
The Fifth Circuit Court District shall be comprised of the following counties:
(a) Attala County;
(b) Carroll County;
(c) Choctaw County;
(d) Grenada County;
(e) Montgomery County;
(f) Webster County; and
(g) Winston County.
