Actions pending, how affected by repeal of law.

1.180. No action or plea pending at the time any statutoryprovisions are repealed shall be affected by the repeal; but thesame shall proceed, in all respects, as if the statutoryprovisions had not been repealed, except that all proceedings hadafter the repeal becomes effective are governed by proceduralrules and laws then in effect, insofar as they are applicable.
