Assessment blanks, books and supplies, furnished, when.

137.110. The state tax commission shall design the necessaryassessment blanks, which design shall be furnished to theassessor at least one hundred twenty days prior to January firstof each year. The assessor shall purchase assessment blanks,assessment books, and all necessary supplies relating to theassessment process at the expense of the county assessment fund.
