What authorization by warrant.

139.330. In all cases the warrant shall authorize thecollector, in case any person named in such assessment roll shallneglect or refuse to pay his tax, to levy the same by distressand sale of the goods and chattels of such person, and it shallrequire all payments therein specified to be made by the dayfixed by law for the delivery of the tax book to the countytreasurer.
