Sale under distraint--procedure.

139.370. 1. The collector shall give public notice of thetime and place of sale, and of the property to be sold, at leastfifteen days previous to the sale, by advertisement to be postedup in at least three public places in the township where suchsale is to be made.

2. The sale shall be by public auction.
