Collector-treasurer--statements.

139.450. The collector-treasurer shall include in his or her monthlystatement all such sums collected for the preceding month which have notbeen included in any previous statements, and shall include in thecollector-treasurer's annual settlement, as provided in this chapter and inthe general revenue law, the whole amount of taxes collected as shown bythe annual settlements with the county commission as provided in section139.420.
