162.211. A seven-director school district may be establishedby the voters of

(1) Any city or town whose population is evenly divided by aschool district boundary line and which is not located in acounty of the first class;

(2) Any two or more adjacent seven-director school districtswithout limitations as to size or enrollment.

(1969) This section authorizes the creation of a six-director school district by the combination of an existing district and a part of another, and does not require that the new district be created only from existing whole districts. State v. Milan C-II School District, Sullivan County (Mo.), 446 S.W.2d 768.
