Program moneys not part of total state revenues.
166.526. Money accruing to and deposited in individual depositaccounts shall not be part of total state revenues as defined in sections17 and 18, article X, Constitution of Missouri, and the expenditure of suchrevenues shall not be an expense of state government under section 20,article X, Constitution of Missouri.
