Confidentiality requirements.

166.529. All personally identifiable information concerningparticipants and beneficiaries of accounts established within the Missourihigher education deposit program pursuant to sections 166.500 to 166.529shall be confidential, and any disclosure of such information shall berestricted to purposes directly connected with the administration of theprogram.
