167.251. When transportation is provided by a districtpursuant to law, the school board shall make all needful rulesand regulations for the transportation of pupils and shallrequire from every person employed for that purpose, a reasonablebond conditioned upon the faithful discharge of his duties asprescribed by the board. Expenses of transportation shall bepaid out of the incidental fund of the district.
