170.121. Any person, firm or corporation furnishingtextbooks to any district under the provisions of this law shalldesignate the secretary of state of the state of Missouri as itsor their agent upon whom citation and all other writs andprocesses may be served in the event any suit is brought againstthe person, firm or corporation.
