Board to prescribe own government.

172.100. The curators shall have power to make such bylawsor ordinances, rules and regulations as they may judge mostexpedient for the accomplishment of the trust reposed in them,and for the government of their officers and employees, and tosecure their accountability, and to delegate so much of theirauthority as they may deem necessary to such officers andemployees or to committees appointed by the board.
