Duty of treasurer--compensation.

172.190. The treasurer shall receive, keep and disburse allmoneys belonging to the board, and shall perform all customaryacts pertaining to his office, under the direction of thecurators, and shall make a report of the same at the annualmeeting of the board. His compensation shall be fixed by theboard.
