172.410. Such moneys after payment to the treasurer of theuniversity and such securities shall be under the care, custodyand control of the board of curators of the state university andshall be preserved by said board as a permanent fund, and shallbe securely invested in municipal bonds issued by municipalitiesof the state of Missouri.
