Income to be invested--loaned to students.

172.420. The income of such moneys shall be collectedannually and one-fourth of the same be added to the principal forreinvestment and the remaining three-fourths shall be used as afund to be loaned to students of the university, to be repaid atsuch interest as may be fixed, in cases only where the same maybe needed by any student endeavoring to acquire an education, andthe methods and terms of making such loans shall be fixed byrules adopted by said board of curators.
