Officers of the board.

172.090. There shall be a president and vice president ofthe board, who shall be chosen by the board from the membersthereof, a secretary, treasurer, and such other officers of theboard as they shall deem necessary, who shall be appointed by theboard, and hold their offices during the pleasure of the board.
