Quorum, what constitutes majority of all members, when necessary.

174.090. A majority of the members of the board shallconstitute a quorum for the transaction of business, but noappropriation of money nor any contract which shall require anyappropriation or disbursement of money, shall be made, norteacher employed or dismissed, unless a majority of all themembers of the board vote for the same.
