Bonds to be issued pursuant to resolution.

176.080. Bonds may be issued under the provisions ofsections 176.010 to 176.080 pursuant to a resolution adopted bythe affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of thegoverning body of any state educational institution as hereindefined, and no other proceedings shall be required therefor.
