State treasurer to be custodian of funds--disbursement.

178.600. The state treasurer is designated and appointedcustodian of all moneys received by the state from appropriationsmade by the Congress of the United States for the vocationalrehabilitation of persons disabled in industry or otherwise, andmay receive and provide for the proper custody of the moneys andmay make disbursements therefrom upon the order of the stateboard of education.
