Books to be replaced.

180.050. Whenever any volumes in the supreme court libraryof the supreme court reports or of the court of appeals of thisstate, or of the revised statutes or session acts thereof, havebecome worn and defaced or unfit for use, the secretary of state,on the requisition of the supreme court librarian, shall exchangethe volumes for others from the surplus volumes of the books inhis possession.
