Pregnant woman referred for substance abuse to have priority fortreatment--confidentiality of records.

191.731. A pregnant woman referred for substance abusetreatment shall be a first-priority user of available treatment.All records and reports regarding such pregnant woman shall bekept confidential. The division of alcohol and drug abuse shallensure that family-oriented substance abuse treatment beavailable, as appropriations allow. Substance abuse treatmentfacilities which receive public funds shall not refuse to treatwomen solely because they are pregnant.
