Penalty for violation.

194.180. Any person violating the provisions of sections194.120 to 194.180, other than the provision named in section194.140, for the violation of which special penalties are thereinimposed, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and uponconviction thereof shall be fined not less than fifty dollars normore than five hundred dollars.
