Penalty.

196.235. Any person who violates any of the provisions ofsections 196.190 to 196.230, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,and, on conviction, shall be punished for the first offense by afine of not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundreddollars, or be imprisoned in the county jail not exceeding thirtydays, or both, in the discretion of the court.
