Labeling for shipments of skimmed milk.

196.740. No person by himself or another shall ship, consignor forward by any common carrier, whether public or private, anysubstance designed to be used as cheese, not made from pure,unskimmed milk or cream of the same, testing at least threepercent butterfat, unless such cheese is marked or labeled"skimmed milk cheese", or with the words "not full cream cheese",labeled thereon, or labeled as prescribed in sections 196.695 to196.845.
