Effacing mark a misdemeanor.

196.805. Whoever shall efface, erase, cancel or remove anymark provided for by sections 196.750 to 196.810, with intent tomislead, deceive, or to violate any of the provisions of saidsections, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
