205.240. If the board of hospital trustees and the owners ofany property desired by them for hospital purposes cannot agreeas to the price to be paid therefor, they shall report the factsto the county commission, and condemnation proceedings shall beinstituted by the county commission and prosecuted in the name ofthe county wherein such public hospital is to be located by thecounty attorney for such county.
