Tuberculous residents, how cared for.

205.340. The county commission of any county, where nosuitable provision has been made for the care of its indigenttuberculous residents, may contract with the board of hospitaltrustees of any public hospital for the care of such persons inthe sanatorium department of said hospital, upon such reasonableterms as may be agreed upon.
