Who deemed an inhabitant.

205.600. No person shall be deemed an inhabitant within themeaning of sections 205.580 to 205.760, who has not resided inthe county for the space of twelve months next preceding the timeof any order being made respecting such poor person, or who shallhave removed from another county for the purpose of imposing theburden of keeping such poor person on the county where he or shelast resided for the time aforesaid.
