205.760. Sections 205.720 to 205.750 shall not apply to anycounty where the support and keeping of the poor is let out bycontract, nor to any county where the superintendent rents orleases the poor farm and stocks the same and furnishes thenecessary farm implements used thereon at his own expense, andcarries on said farm at his own expense.
