205.800. Said members shall immediately after theirappointment, and annually thereafter, meet and organize byelecting out of their number a president, vice president,treasurer and secretary. All subordinate officers, agents andemployees appointed shall give such bonds for the faithfuldischarge of their duties as may be required by the board.
