Report to county commission--estimated budget.

205.090. 1. On or before the seventh day of January in eachyear, the board of health center trustees shall file with thecounty commission a report of their proceedings with reference tothe county health center and a sworn statement of all receiptsand expenditures during the preceding calendar year.

2. The board of health center trustees shall prepare andsubmit to the county budget officer a budget for the ensuing yearat the time and in the manner provided by the county budget lawapplicable to such county.
