Appropriations for less than $100,000, how paid out.

8.270. If the amount appropriated is less than one hundred thousanddollars for constructing, renovating or for repairing, or for both buildingand repairing, no warrant shall be drawn on the state treasury payable outof the appropriation for any part thereof, until satisfactory evidence isfurnished to the commissioner of administration that the work has beencompleted according to the contract, and not in excess of the amountappropriated therefor.
